Is it possible to have a dynamic field (eg client name) within the customised appended text (which appears at the end of the document)? I want to add “Did you know, [client name] is protected from copyright infringement claims on any content supplied by …”

This is not possible on the invoice its self buy you can do this on the email which is sent using email tokens.
