Adding a Cooperative Bank CSV file

Hello,

I have tried to add a coop account via both CSV and TXT methods.

I get the following error message:

No Transactions Were Saved to Your Account

Please check that the columns in your CSV are correctly mapped.

Hello @nadine

When importing try selecting “Other as the bank name”

This allows you to choose the columns you wish to import.

Other things to look out for are

• Blank lines in the CSV file
• Currency symbols on the amounts
• Unreadable characters due to formatting
• Try downloading the file again and imp9orting it straight away as sometimes opening it with Excel (or similar) can affect the format of the file
