Adding & amending Team Members

Hi,

Am trying to amend a team members details, I am the person with administrator privileges according to the Team Settings page, but I am not able to click on any of the options on the screen. I am logging in via my Affinity login. Any ideas on why I can’t amend anything please?

I’ve had a look at this and everything seems to be working fine. Is this issue still persisting?

Yes it is… it’s not on my own account that there’s the issue…it’s on one of my clients accounts…

Which client account is it?

Update:

I think I have located two accounts you accessed today. In each case the Affinity user is not set as the default admin, another user in your name is configured as the admin. If you log directly into the account using that user’s email then you will have full control over the team members.
