Is there any way of adding hidden comments that only I can see to invoices/payments? I’d like to be able to mark things like the date I banked it etc. so that I can refer to them later.
You can add notes on the bottom of an invoice. As far as I’m aware, these are private
However, things like banking dates, when you tag a payment to an invoice, you can actually view the payments from a link at the top of the invoice:
