Adding Natwest and Santander bank feeds

Hello,

I’m trying to add bank feeds from Natwest and Santander using the free trial (if it works, i’ll subscribe). They are both personal accounts. When I try to add, the error message ‘No qualifying GBP accounts found.’ appears. The tab status says okay each time but the account is shown as ‘not linked’.
Another error message also says ‘please select at least one bank account, but it doesnt allow me to do this.’

This happened for both Natwest and Santander accounts. Could this because the account name is different? Ie the accounts i’d like to link are personal, and not business (my business bank account is Coop and seemingly not supported). Is there any other way, say via statement or spreadsheet, that i can bulk add bank feeds?

Hello @nadine

Usually you would get this message (‘No qualifying GBP accounts found.’) if you do not have any bank accounts set up in the QuickFile banking screen for the bank you are trying to link.

Go into the Banking screen, have you got an account already set up for Natwest and Santander?

If so, view the account > Options > Settings and choose Natwest and Santander as the bank name then Update Details. Repeat this for your other bank.

If not Create a new account for each selecting the relevant Bank Name

Then try linking the feeds.
