Adding purchase via App

Hi

I sometimes want to add a purchase via my smartphone app. There are 2 choices after tapping the + circle,; new receipt or new purchase.

New purchase doesn’t do anything. Receipt does.

Also for receipt, on the website version I can upload a pdf already saved. On the app the only option seems to be to take a photo, which i can’t do as its an emailed pdf.

Any help appreciated please

Can you please confirm the app version you are using and that you have given the app full permissions.

Regarding PDF’s, the app was designed as a way for you to upload images for receipts.

For PDF’s already saved, you can upload to the receipt hub on the web interface or email the receipts.
