Adding rebilled receipts to sales invoices

Does anyone know if receipts scanned into the receipts hub can be attached to invoices? If so, how?



Yes you can, if you have already logged the purchase, simply enter the amount and you will be provided with the option to attach to an existing purchase invoice or ‘Input New Purchase’:

Simply click the purchase i.e. #QF00002 to attach the receipt to the purchase invoice.

Thanks, but I may have explained this poorly. Can one attach a receipt to an invoice that one is sending to a client in order to reclaim expenses?

Yes they can, when you’re previewing the invoice scroll to the bottom and here you can attach files. They won’t be sent as file attachments on the email but the client can access them in their client area.
