Hi, I set up my quicklinks when i first did the software, and decided at a later date to add another to the list, it then proceeded to delete the list leaving just the latest one i just added
I thought it was me was went about re creating them again, only for it to do it again tonight!

Can I just check, by “quicklink”, do you mean the bank tagging rules?
How did you create them?
No I mean the quick access shortcuts on the left of the page that allow you to add links to various parts of the site.

Did you have multiple windows open at the same time when doing this? The links shouldn’t disappear when you add a new one
