Address not found when setting up new client

Since a few days ago when I go to set up a new client, when I type in the post code to select an address from a drop down box it always gives an error in red “address not found” even for codes used before. It has been ok for 8 months. Any ideas?

I had same with PO post code

Please accept my apologies for this. There does seem to be an issue affecting this which our development team is looking into.

You can still enter the address manually in the meantime.
