Administrator Unable to Log In

I set the new Treasurer up with a sign in and set him as an Administrator.

I did not realise that setting him as administrator made him the only Administrator, the aim was for us both too be admin during a few monthes of handover…

I log in using a Google Authenticator App.

He was sent an email with a password.

He cannot sign in because when he signs in with the supplied Password it says “Ask the administrator to set up Two Step Authentication”. But he is the admin and he cant sign in.

I can sign in but |I am not admin any more.

Help!

I have set you back as the administrator on the account.

There can only ever be 1 administrator.

Before you change him back to the Admin go into Account Settings and disable 2 step Authentication.

Once it has been changed over he can re set it up if required.
