Affinity account collation

I have approximately 5 accounts using QF under different log-ins.
Given the increase in fees recently introduced by QF I want to at options for these account including moving these to Affinity to get the volume discounts.
What is the process to collate accounts into Affinity? How much will I typically save?

Hello @spq123

It would depend your 5 accounts, if they have power subscriptions or not as to the savings you would get.

e.g. is it 5 accounts @ £45+vat (£60+vat from 01/11/22)

One is definitely XL, other are mix of S,M.
What is the process to group all these accounts to get the Affinity discount?

Hello @spq123

When you sign up and log in to affinity, you will see a blank dashboard, you would then “Add a client profile” and link an “existing account”, repeat the process for all 5 companies.

This process is outlined in more detail in the link below

Hi,
I am not sure if you really save money when moving all accounts to affinity. Your normal s and m accounts are free accounts. Under affinity you have to pay for those accounts. For all 5 accounts you pay roughly £10 per month under affinity when all accounts are connected all the time. That makes roughly £120 per year + VAT.
If you keep them separate you only pay for your XL account £60 per year+ VAT.

If you have power user sub. for your s and m accounts as well that means you have it because you use power user sub. features. If you want to use power user sub. features under affinity as well then it is very likely that you have to pay for the power user sub. anyway because some power user sub. features are not available under affinity, only with power user sub.

Also, if you use the bank feed for each account, you still have to pay this for each account.

I can be wrong but it is may worth to calculate very carefully whether you are better of under affinity or not.

The good thing about affinity is that you get features which are not available under “normal” accounts and you see all your accounts under one login.
