If you have a client on the affinity platform, which is classed as small, will you be able to submit their MTD ISTA reports on their behalf?
Would they need to be paying for a subscription too? ie the £60 a year

Yes, the submissions are included within the Affinity subscription.
This is optional. As a small account, they wouldn’t need the subscription anyway. But even as a L or XL account, while they’re connected to your Affinity account, they will be covered by this.
They can, optionally, purchase the subscription which comes with additional features such as webhooks, email logs, and more.
