Have had a few enquiries emailed over on a campaign/advert but none are showing under Enquiries under the Campaign Manager Screen? Are they suppossed to appear here so I can keep track of them?
Quotation requests don’t get recorded in the enquiries section. This area only shows messages sent directly to your company when somebody goes onto your landing page and clicks the contact button to send a message.
Maybe a good idea if the quotation requests could be linked to the Enquiry Section?
We’ll can certainly look at that, although unfortunately I can’t say when at this stage.
