Pretty simply I want to change the privileges my accountant has as even after telling them not to change any settings or interfere with day to day running they still ignore this and carry on.
Is there any possibility of this being achievable, or maybe let me authorise changes they make first if it isn’t (which I imagine it won’t be)?
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - wanted to double check things.
If you log in as the admin on the QuickFile account in question you should see the User that is used by Affinity to log in. You can then alter the settings for that user to allow/dis-allow different actions.
This will limit the user for all of those that log in using Affinity as there is essentially only the one log in. So may or may not work for you depending on your set up.
I don’t have those options available. In the team management area the icons for privileges and modify are unclickable. The only action available is delete.
I’ll live with it, just have to keep reminding them not to touch anything or find a new accountant. There’s plenty of other features I’d rather you worked on before this one!
