AI Receipt analyser - how does the pricing work for Affinity?

Just started using the AI Tagging function,

  1. can you clarify pricing, do we only pay when a receipt is successfully tagged or do we pay even if the AI Scan fails?

  2. as an Affinity user does each affinity sub account have to have the power user sub to enable AI Tagging?

  3. How do we change the data of payment of an AI Tagged receipt to the same date as that of the receipt?

If the scan is successful, there will be a charge made. If the scan fails, this will show as a reversal in your billing section of your account.

No, it’s available to all users. The only difference is the price, which is lower for users with a Power User Subscription or connected to Affinity.

If you’re using the option to mark it as paid when creating the purchase invoice, this will automatically assume the date of the invoice:

But you can change the date of the bank transaction at any point, providing it’s not locked, but clicking on the date in the bank statement view.
