Allocation of Credit notes in receipt hub

Hi

when raising a credit in receipt hub is it correct that I should see in the ‘allocate to purchase’ field, recent paid invoices for the supplier?

If so how on earth do you figure that that is correct? surely it should display unpaid purchases otherwise payments you have made will be affected.

It may be best to create the credit note from the original invoice. Once you have done this you can then tag the document to it.
