Is it possible to allow a supplier to have “View only” access to their record in QF?

It is not unfortunately, only clients can have an online account with access to their outstanding invoices.

How can I make this a feature request ?

Also could I grant someone read only access to QF - and ideally only specific parts of it?

You can add a team member but only give them access/permissions to specified areas, but its all or nothing I’m afraid you would not have a read only access option
