AMEX bank feed not working

Hello! It seems that the AMEX bank feed has stopped working over the past few days, when I check Quickfile it shows the following error:


It would also appear that AMEX no longer appears in the list of selectable banks

Please can you advise on how to get this fixed.

I would reccomend clicking revoke in the top right of your screenshot.

You can then set up the feed again (as it would show in the list) to grant a fresh authorisation.

Hi Steve. I just tried that and I now get this error:


Potentially a problem on the Amex side? I guess I will try again to setup the feed tomorrow unless you think there’s something else I should do.

Although we have not had any other reported issues with the Amex feed, I have asked the development team to take a look.

I tried to connect my Amex yesterday (for the first time) and get the same error message as Ross M. I had the message yesterday and today on more than one account. My Starling feeds conencted without issue.

“The bank failed to respond and their Open Banking interface may be down. Please retry in 15 minutes.”

Your help would be appreciated. Hoping the dev team have an update today.

@QFSteve and @Dave_Strand - Good news, the feed seems to be up and working again this morning. I have successfully reconnected to Amex, so hopefully everything is back in action.
