I tried to connect my Amex yesterday (for the first time) and get the same error message as Ross M. I had the message yesterday and today on more than one account. My Starling feeds conencted without issue.
“The bank failed to respond and their Open Banking interface may be down. Please retry in 15 minutes.”
Your help would be appreciated. Hoping the dev team have an update today.
@QFSteve and @Dave_Strand - Good news, the feed seems to be up and working again this morning. I have successfully reconnected to Amex, so hopefully everything is back in action.
