We recently started to use the projects feature under our account.
Is it possible to have a webhook request when a project is created?
Is it possible to have a way via the API to add a note to the project?

Neither are available right now unfortunately, Please feel free to raise a feature request for them as this will allow other users to add their votes and we can monitor the interest.
