I have just received an email about your new API.

Will your old API and webhooks still operate, and for how long?

It will eventually replace the older API, but there’s no timescale for this as of now. We will give plenty of notice before anything is switched off, however.

There are no planned changes to webhooks at the moment, but as above, should anything change, we’ll give plenty of notice.

Is there anything we can help with in regards to the new API?

Thank you for the reply.

We have quite a large integration with your legacy API and webhooks, so will need to switch over to your new API in time, but at the moment this is a low priority job.

I’m glad you will give plenty of notice before disabling any legacy API.
