API not working

Hi,
I have not received anything through via the API since 6th Sept. On the other end it says sent successfully but nothing has appeared in QuickFile. Has anything changed QF end to stop the link working?

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the API.

Given the date that the issues started appearing (6th Sept), I would suspect it may be related to one of the changes that were made. Please see this post below:

Important - Cross-Account API Calls

Currently we allow an application to be defined in a single QuickFile account and for that application to call other QuickFile accounts with the appropriate API credentials (Account number and API key). From 4th September 2017 this will no longer be possible and an application will be restricted to making calls only to the account within which it is defined.
