Apostrophe's (single quotes) get lost when editing journals

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create a bank account with an opening balance
  • Go to Reports > Chart of Accounts, click on the account you created
  • Click on the opening balance transaction to edit it
  • Change the description to John's deposit, click save journal entry
  • The full description has been saved, but the screen reloads and drops everything after the '
