App error message "This request is not valid"

Uploaded a screenshot and tagged it fine Thursday morning, and submitted another Thursday evening.

Logged in today (Saturday) to upload a few more, and the image from the previous submission is still there. Checked, and found that it hasn’t been submitted, so re-entered all the info, and it came up with “This request is not valid”.

I’ve checked for app updates, logged out and back in, forced stop on the app, restarted the phone and the problem persists. I’d rather not delete the image, as I recycled the receipt. I can’t find where it is stored in phone memory in order to save it or rename it.

Any ideas, please?

Could the error message be made more specific, please, when parsing the submission? I’m guessing the image is corrupt, but it would be helpful to know which part is wrong.

Sorry to hear you’re having some issues. I’m assuming this is on the app rather than accessing QuickFile in a web browser? If so, can you please let me know what version of the app you’re using and whether it’s Android or iOS?

Thanks for the reply. I just deleted the photo and submitted a new one and it was accepted OK, so I guess it must have been the image.

The app was/is Android V2.2.9.431. Phone Samsung S24FE, One UI 8.0, Android 16. Play update 1/9/25, all the latest versions available.
