Attaching draft estimates to letter

Hi Support,

When supplying an estimate I would like to write a letter to the client and attach the estimate to this letter.

However while the estimate remains in ‘Draft’ status QF cannot locate in the ‘Attach invoices/estimates’ drop down list.

Only when I send the estimate directly (from the estimate creation screen) the status is changed to ‘Sent’ & then the estimate is visible in the list of available attachments - Which defeats my objective.

Is there a way to allow the attachments of draft estimates to letters?

You don’t have to actually send it, you just click “flag as sent” and then it is not sent anywhere, just marked as sent.
