I have a client that needs PDF copies of invoices sent by email - Easily achieved by ticking the ‘attach invoice as PDF’ box in Quickfile.
However using this feature does not appear to enable the automatic attachment of PDF copies of receipts to the same email. These appear to only be available as attachments when my invoices are sent via the link to invoice feature.
Is there a QF feature or work around anyone can suggest please?
This was discussed a while back, and the option we took was to link the files from the email.
A common concern that appeared while looking into this was making the email too heavy (too many attachments), and the effect it would have on our servers when sending the email and attachments.
