I select Australia from other country drop-down and update but on return to that client record the country has changed to Ashmore and Cartier Islands

I have managed to replicate this and have reported it to the development team.

This should now be resolved, if it has not updated on the record click “Modify Client details and reselect the country and save to refresh it.”
