Quickfile is not drawing in my bank transactions from Virgin Money. This error only happens at weekends. So my bank transactions on Sunday do not progress to Quickfile at all …. just not drawn in. But transactions Friday and Monday do. Even if I refresh my feed or undo and re-do my feed it doesn’t work. Totally unworkable at the moment. Please fix ASAP.
Do you mean that transactions happening at a weekend never appear at all, or just that they don’t appear in the feed on the same day? Do your weekend transactions appear on Monday?
Bank feeds only pull in “cleared” transactions so things like card payments will only show on the feed once they’re fully cleared (a few days after you actually make the initial authorisation with the vendor). For transfers it probably depends on the bank as to whether they log transfers made on a weekend as the date they actually happened or as the following working day.
The transactions I sent you are missing, ones before appear, and after. Please resolve.

I have just refreshed the feed for you and the transactions imported.
We only import transactions the bank has fully deemed as booked/completed this usually happens over night in most cases but can take longer.
