Auto Tag and creating invoicing (PayPal Feed)

Good afternoon

I have recently become VAT registered.

On my PayPal feed, I have all different customers I need to tag to a relevant sales invoice with the appropriate VAT marked as already paid. The PayPal feed isn’t used for much apart from sales of garments.

Is there a way to do this en masse? Doing it individually and setting up a new sales client each time would be time-consuming.
