Automatic payment of an invoice

Hello

An invoice sent to a customer was paid via Paypal. Normally when this happens the payment shows up under Paypal in Banking, and I tag the amount selecting the invoice, which then shows as being paid.

However today the invoice was automatically changed to paid. And when I imported Paypal transactions the payment from the customer came in, and nows shows as needing to be tagged.

Can you help please?

Just delete one of the entries. If you tag a payment without having the payment imported via the bank feed first then QF will add a payment in the relevant bank account.
