Available Quickfile Bookkeeper

We are looking for an available bookkeeper who is efficient on Quickfile to assist with our online accounting once per month.
Unfortunately we just do not have the time to learn how to input non-standard transactions, for example company vehicles on finance with VAT claim or complicated refunds when figures don’t match, etc…
If anyone could connect us with the right person it would be greatly appreciated.
PS - we have tried two of the Quickfile recommended accountants in Manchester and they are both very slow to communicate. Therefore in an ideal world we’re looking for a sole trader or somebody bookkeeping for extra work.

I may be able to help although I should say that we are a 6 man team rather than a sole trader and may not be able to start straight away depending on your size.

I am looking for an individual to help with Quickfile bookkeeping only, not another accountancy firm, sorry if that was not clear.
However, we had a meeting with you back in May 2023 and were not suitable for our business needs.

No worries. Apologies for not remembering that we had spoken earlier. I am not 100% sure that you will be able to find a singular bookkeeper on the forum as it tends to be mostly business owners and accountancy firms that are on here.

I do all the bookkeeping for one company at the moment, the final stages are completed by an accountant but I only work 2 days for this company.
How many days would you be looking for.

I have now returned from holiday so can continue our discussion.

My wife does basic bookkeeping with quick fail on a daily basis. We are really looking for someone with more knowledge on Quickfile to assist on a ad hoc basis, as and when we need assistance.

As an example we currently need assistance with importing the purchase of a new company vehicle through finance.
