I’m a new user and spent yesterday entering in c.100 items and the relevant invoices. I linked up the Dropbox however the backup that is recorded is a chart of accounts with the NOMINALCODE & ACCOUNTNAME with no other data, I’ve been over to the Documents section under “Account settings tools” and though I can see all the receipts there is no way to back these up, the Quickfile knowledge base says there should be a “Download Archive button”. This appears to be missing.
Is this something that comes with the Power user subscription? Its just there is no mention of it under that topic.

Thank you for coming back so quickly and on a Sunday. It looks like the “Download Archive button” is missing though you can open each one individually and save it.
