I love the 2 step feature but I am often changing my phone - I know I can contact you guys to go through more security but it would be awesome to have a backup code or codes like Google uses. This would save having to contact you and put security responibility right at the user.
The first thing I did when I set up 2 factor authentication for QuickFile was to print out a copy of the authenticator setup QR code on a piece of paper and lock it in my filing cabinet. Then if I ever lose or change my phone I can use the printout of the code to set up a new device.
