Backup journals missing entries

Hi,

I have been updating the journals to reflect all the payslips our accountants give us. When I do a backup of quickfile, only two of the journal reports appear on the cvs file and I don’t know why. Can you help me please, I’d like to have a cvs document with all the entries in.

The backups are run on a copy of the data which may not include recently entered transactions.

This is done as to not slow up the main system.

The backup data copy is from 12-24 hours old.
