I know that bad debt feature will visible after 6 months.
Nevertheless I would like to do earlier - any way to do that?

The bad debt option effectively creates a journal, so you’re welcome to do this manually if you wish.
However, there isn’t a way to mark an invoice as a bad debt earlier than 6 months.
