Hi, I have used a bank feed on our Lloyds current account for some years and it has always worked well. I personally cannot log on to the bank (above my pay grade
), but I do the book-keeping. In light of this, I find the ability to see the current balance a good cross-check and use it often. Of late (maybe a year or so), the panel that displays ‘Product’ / ‘Balance’ / ‘Beneficiaries’ (see below) - from ‘Banking - Open Banking Feeds - More Info’ shows the same denial message under each tab even though the feed is working properly and updating the bank account transactions within QF. Anyone have any ideas why I’m getting this or what we can do to solve. Thanks.
