Balance Sheet and P&L Comparison Reports

Would be good to have a report that shows current balance sheet position against another point in time.

e.g. compare balance sheet as at today against the same date last year.

Likewise would be good to look at the P&L report comparison for two periods (e.g. 01/03/21 to 28/02/22 against 01/03/22 to 28/02/23).

I can do this manually at the moment. I extract the data to Excel and then do a VLOOKUP. Would be good to get the report directly within QuickFile.

This one at least should already be available via the segmented P&L report.

Not quite. The segmented P&L doesn’t let you choose the two periods you want to compare. It just has months, calendar years and end of year.

If I want to look at Feb 2023 against Feb 2022 I’m unable to do this via the segmented P&L (unless I’m missing something).
