Bank account figure

Hi, how can you zero a bank account figure which isn’t correct. As i mark payment from 1 account for ease, even though i may have used another account. The balance figure is clearly wrong. Can you zero this off ?

is this a case of clearing button and restart feed?

The bank balance is made up of all the transactions that have gone through the account plus any opening balance on the account (which you have not entered)

The first transaction 0on the account was made on 31/07/2023. was the balance zero prior to this?, if not view the bank account and click Option > Settings

Tick this box

Then enter the opening balance as of 30/07/2023

If the balance is still incorrect after doing so you will need to reconcile the account.
