Hi, I set up with a TSB link - the bank does not seem to be connecting properly.
I tried re-linking it yesterday but it is still saying Partial Outage on the Bank Management Dashboard.
Any help appreciated

It is not something we have control over unfortunately as the issue is on TSB’s end.
We have contacted them regarding this.
The rolled out and update on Friday which has resolved some issues but they say another update will be released soon to resolve the underlying issue.
We will update this thread once we have more information

Thanks for the prompt reply - my husband also runs Quick Books and his connection to TSB has also been disconnected for a while so that explains this. Thanks for keeping the thread open.
