Using Chrome I set up a bank feed on my Santanbusiness account. The button is there but when I try to import the statements they fail. I have double checked all the imput info and as far as I can see there are no errors. I have closed the extra bank security and still no joy. Can you help please
When you say they fail, are you getting an error message? Do you see a thumbs down icon?

What is the full error message displayed? Have you checked that the account number and import key are correct? Also do you have an other extensions installed that may be blocking the feed? Some extension have been known to do this so it’s worth selectively disabling them and retrying.
When I test on our account it seems to work fine.
