Can’t find the answer but we have just opened a credit card with Santander where our main current account is. I have been trying to get the auto feed working with this credit card but do not seam to be able to.

Is this currently feasible or a step to far at the moment?

I was not sure if I should revoke access to try again but thought I would ask first before I do anything destructive.

Sorry to hear you’re having problems with this. Santander Credit Cards should be supported through open banking.

Can I ask a few questions which should help me diagnose what’s going on?

  • Do you have the current account set up to import through open banking?
  • Does the current account and the credit card have the same log in details?

If the answer to the above questions is yes, you will need to revoke the feed for the current account and set up the feed again. This should allow both of the accounts to be connected.

Yes we have an existing santander current account importing via bank feed
Yes Current account card have same login details.

Revoking account and re-instating worked beautifully thanks . Resolve and close :slight_smile:
