Bank feed broke?

Is there an issue with the bank feeds? Our bank feed hasn’t updated for 4 days. If I do a manual refresh it doesn’t show any errors, says it is connected etc, but comes back that there are no new transactions - but there definitely are!

Are the transactions actually cleared as opposed to pending?

If they are genuine cleared transactions then 99% of the time when bank feeds misbehave you can fix them by revoking the feed and then re-connecting it with a fresh authorisation.

Not too sure what you mean, but logging into online banking shows plenty of transactions, but QF shows no new transactions for 4 days. Will try your suggestion, thank you.

Some banks show things like card payments in online banking immediately as soon as you authorise the transaction (tap the card machine or fill in your details online), but these transactions are only “pending”, it takes several days until the bank actually debits the funds and settles the transaction. QuickFile will only import settled transactions, not pending card payments.

Most other transaction types only show once they’re already settled, so if any of the entries you see in online banking are not card payments then chances are the revoke-and-reconnect is the way to go.
