The feed is marked as active, I’ve tried refreshing the feed but I am still not able to get the transactions from 13th January onwards. Please can anyone let me know how to resolve this?

I would recommend revoking the feed in Banking > Open banking feeds and setting the feed up again.
This will grant a fresh authorisation for the feed. Once set up try refreshing again.
Thank you I have done that and it has now worked but interestingly had to be done on a different PC to usual - something was bringing up an error connecting to Santander on my usual PC. Thanks for your advice.
This may have been some sort of security software on the PC blocking the connection.
