Bank feed is 'paused'

We set up a bank feed with HSBC in the middle of November, but see that it is now classified as ‘paused’ within Quickfile. Can anyone help please?

Hi,
a few other people had the same issue and could fix it with unpausing the feed in there bank account settings. Go to your bank account within quickfile and click More Option at the top. Click on bank feed settings. There should be an option to enable the feed again.
If this doesn’t work for you, you may have to revoke the feed and connect it completely new

I have done the above but after few days it’s back to failing, what’s happening with the system?

The bank feed will be paused if the bank returns an error to us. This could be for a number of reasons.

If it happens again, please don’t hesitate to drop @QFSupport a message with your QuickFile account number, and we can take a look for you.
