Hi, we have been using QF for years.
Over the past 3 months we have experienced an odd bank feed Issue with Virgin, whereby the feed doesn’t push transactions to QF on the first three to four days of each month, however for the rest of the month it works absolutely fine.
Can you provide any support or guidance with the aforementioned. Purposely haven’t tried manually refreshing the feed as I wanted to leave the error wide open to see if there is a more comprehensive explanation or remedy.

We have not had any obvious issues with the Virgin feed over the last few months.
I will mention that we only import transactions which the bank has deemed fully booked/cleared which usually happens overnight but can take longer depending on the bank and transaction.
The last couple of months the have started on a weekend which may have affected this.
Hi @QFSteve many thanks for the response. This has happened 3 months consecutively unfortunately. I was aware that pending transactions don’t push. It’s odd it just won’t push the first 3 to 4 days of each month. There are mixed transaction ranging from direct debits, debits & credits missing. Do you have any ideas on how to remedy it?

It may be worth revoking the feed in the banking > open banking feeds screen and setting it up again that way a fresh authorisation token is issued.
