Hi checked my Virgin Business Savings Account, and noticed the balance was incorrect. This is due to an interest payment made on 10/5 which isn’t in the feed. As it is over 21 days a refresh isn’t working. How can I fix this?

Anything over 21days has to be added manually of imported from a bank statement.
As it is just a single transaction, I would recommend adding manually from the banking screen, view the account > New Transaction, add the date, description amount and select Money in or Money out.

I suppose I was also unsure why it wasn’t pulled in at the time.
If I downloaded all transactions as a file,’would Quckfile manage to sort out the duplicates that would be imported?

If you import a statement, you could then delete any duplicate transactions.
As I mentioned I would reccomend just adding the single transaction.
