Bank Feed not working to Barclays

I have two quickfile accounts for separate clients both have bank feeds to Barclays different accounts of course. About a week ago they both needed to re-authorise. The process appeared to go smoothly and the feeds say they are valid for another period. One of them is working fine and I have been receiving transactions. The other one looks fine, is linked to the right account, but it says last polled on 29/6/19. There have been transactions since then but it just does not go and get them. Should I delete the bank feed and try re-instating it ?

Disconnecting and reconnecting it may do the trick (the good old “switch it off and back on” trick).

However, if you managed to reconnect it all OK, then it should work without any issues.
