Bank Feed re-authenticate problems

Received email saying I must re-authenticate my bank feed(Yorkshire Bank/ Virgin Bank).
Clicked on the link and followed instructions. All seemed to go well but when I’m redirected to quickfile, it still says feed needs authenticated.
I deleted(revoked) the bank feed and tried to open new one. Again, the whole process seemed to go correctly but on returning to quickfile there was no feed listed.
Can anyone shed some light?

We are aware that some users feeds aren’t being renewed when using the Yorkshire Bank option. We have reached out to Yorkshire Bank to see if they can shed any light on this.

Have you tried the Virgin Money option to see if that works?
