Bank feed renewal - Santander

Hi - My Santander Bank Feed expires in 1 day and I don’t seem to be able to renew is. Every time I enter my passcode / password it comes up incorrect, eventually locking me out and telling me to call a Santander phone number. I am entering the correct details as I have done it simultaneously with my online banking using the exact same details and can log on no problem to my online banking. Santander have said that as I am not actually locked out on my online banking it is not a problem their end.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Do I need to delete the whole feed and start again??

The actual login process is on the Santander website rather than QuickFile, so any errors are shown by the bank, so it’s odd for them to say everything seems OK when they’re showing the error message.

However, completely removing and readding the feed may resolve it.
