Bank Feed - Searching for transactions in the wrong account

Set up a bank feed to a NatWest Account from Chrome
When we login the Export to Quickfile button is not in the bank
Also we downloaded and activeted the Yodlee auto feed but this is looking at a different account than our current account so we cant get an auto download
IT has been like this since we activeted it last October

I just want to double check what method you’re having issues with - the “Export to QuickFile” button isn’t the same as the Yodlee feed.

If it is the Yodlee account and the issue is simply that it’s searching for transactions in a different bank account, if you remove the feed and re-add it, this will prompt you to re-select the account.
