I am having difficulty in purchasing the bank feed add on subscription at £18 for use on the starling bank.
I have £18.20 in my online wallet, £17 added a few week ago by credit card to an already balance of £1.20.
My problem is that when I go to renew the system takes me direct to the payment page asking for further card details, effectively asking for full £18 payment.
How can I sort this.
